When the horizon seems to fade
And you have come to the end of your days
The blast will make the city a clean slate
Escape the radius before it’s too late

Run as far as you can
But not even the soles of your feet will be left to stand
Watch the clouds above as they spread apart
No man on earth will be left to stand

They search underground for safety
Keep on searching for meaning
Dig under the earth for shelter
When the star falls, they’ll become ashes
When the air is infected, they’ll become dust
Stay under the earth, beneath the rocks
The radiating heat above won't reach down below
At least, you hope so

How will we know?
When calamity finally strikes
When Death makes his throne above all nations
And Famine makes the earth his bed
War reaps the land of all her tribes
Oh what a tragedy

The signs start to show
Here on us falls black snow
There’s no hope for us now, I know
How did it come to this, I don’t know
Just a few more years
Just a little longer, and the elements will clear from the air
