C students

Think I'm becoming an adult
Cause I don't feel things like I had
But apathy suits me I'm told
I don't really care about that

And I swear my thoughts are original
But you swear yours are too
Maybe thats what makes us similar
Think we're pioneers but thats not true

Just a C student who takes pride
In how little I tried
But still survived
By telling lies
Just to get by

And you and I
We Justify
Our little minds
With an article that claims that c students are bright
