The Wall
I met the wall and it's maker
I asked for some help getting over
He couldn't hear me
He'd rather listen to the past
Got me reminiscing about my own task
I let it go for little bit of fun
Now I know that it don't last
Nothing will
it's still no reason to judge
It's still no reason to give up
Still don't trust
With matters of the heart
I'm on this side
The wall in front my eyes I'm tired
I just wanna sleep
There's writing on the wall to decipher
I'll let you know when I have the answers
It just means you'll never see me
Especially when I can't over
All my fears
It just seems like I can't get no relief
What I've seen in my sleep
Are just visions an alternate world
Where my mom would never have to work
Where the gods were us but that's just dirt
I'll go back the place before birth
If it ends in the end
Why should I ever care
Care for more than just me
My ego break hearts but
It's still no reason to judge
It's still no reason to give up
Still don't trust
With matters of the heart
I'm on this side
The wall in front my eyes I'm tired
I just wanna sleep
My pride's killing them softly
Love's a wall to me
And I can't climb both two walls
It's either love or destiny
Don't be mad
I still love you
I still love you
I still love you
Hope you still love me
