In the rising and falling of the powers of this world
And all the seeking to control
The armies, the weapons, deeds of the kill
Shall the myth be foretold?
There watching waiting, observing what we do
Until the time comes to feel the truth
Of what, when, where and why we are
Fill our minds with this taboo
Awaiting the sun rising showers
And the clouds separate to appear
The powering source of all life
And the lights, colors, hearts, tears
Those who praise on bended knee
Bring hence forth the world we do breed
And what are the new, to believe?
I am the artist whose colors have found
A way to define the depth the sound
Thru the rising and falling of what inspires our world
Is the magic that lives there within
