I gave you once a present…
Made of the nicest words of all…
With my heart, so pleasant,
And let your feelings’ tide flow…

You grabbed those words and hid them,
Gave me some of yours instead…
You didn’t care for my heart then,
The emptiness fulfilled your head.

What I gave was foolish I can bet,
The words were just enough in your game.
It took me a few breaks to find out that
The heart and words are not the same.

When you left me easily
I hardly understood true love…

But I was the only one touched from above.
