A New World Resolution

Marked the flagrant as the basis
for the race is
set upon the paces that the memory erases
but the latest is the gravest
etched in stone is baseless
attributes that manipulate emotions of the faceless
and to say this is the safest bet is tasteless
if you can't express the truth then I suggest you check your taste buds
faced with statements that perpetuate your fakeness
I'll deliver you from evil if you accept that you're in Satan's grasping to the task and that we are faded here in stages please suppress these bouts of rages by deciphering my pages
bust the shackles and the cages that hate can pave the way with I've articulated too many tongues to dig my grave with
the negatives that push their weight in when we're in the hole to watch it cave in
bare handed I will dig until it's day lit
no excuses for the fainted who's giving up their statements
I manipulate my own life I have control for how my day went
It's not a race I take the reigns and I endure in all the pain
that comes with sun it comes with rain and I'm tempted to complain

and I will never live in shame

I don't feel bad for those sulk and beat their chest out of resent
every movement that we made has only molded our today and regrets perpetuate the past that haunt us everyday
My only prayer is to convey
to the masses they're okay
to not compare yourselves to others because we all live different ways
you might think they have it all but they're so focused on their fall
they can't see that they are blessed blinded from their own happiness

but they can't confess
their pride is in their success
monetary gains necklaces on their chest
pawns of chess on the board but they try and move like a queen in check like the movements of the games are scored
this life is
fragile who's to say well whose suffices?
