Interlude: Interview of Losses

In your album you mention the passing of many important people in your life. Tell me more about that

[MayDay]
I’ve lost a lot of close friends. Some I even watched get killed. It’s like every month I lost someone close to me. October’s always been a really bad month, cause that’s when I lost two of the closest people in my life, my mom and my best friend Benny. It was really rough going through those losses. Me and Benny had known each other since we were young. We were raised on the same street, and we both got into dealing and both got out. We experienced a lot of shit together and always had each other’s backs. He was like a brother to me. So yeah, his passing was something I still have a hard time accepting. But every loss has taught me to keep going and stop making the same mistakes. I really believe that every devastation teaches us to be better, to grow, and, you know, not take life for granted
