In the window of a toy store
Something caught my eye
I saw a sword, a shield, an armor
I felt the earning deep inside
Grandma took my hand and said, „It's a price we cannot do“
She gently touched my face and then I knew
„One day this wish, it will find you“

I want to stand up for the goodness
A world fair and just
For all the helpless who need someone
To defend them whom they trust

I heard a knock on that same evening
Grandpa in my room
He proudly smiled, „Look what I've got here“
Nails, wood and glue
We sat down at his work bench and he sawed, he glued, he built
Then he said, „I guess that this will be your fate
