Too long inside a body under skin grew heavy

Let it touch let it hold you let it sink deep down inside you
Let it in let it know you let it in and let it show you
Let it in let it be free it may not stay forever it may leave one day while you are sleeping
It comes, it falls, it stays it leaves

Let it go it cannot be tamed or trapped inside it cannot be caged
And it will go its own way and it will seek the light of day and it will thrive with all the space
To stretch and bend to give and take
Maybe then it will stay free
