His Story

History unfolds
Some things we're never told
So when it's on the floor
His Story is a fable that doesn't get old
And it's happened before
So we just can't ignore

That racism In the system
Is a granted wish
From different types of people with a prejudice
They mindset is hella bent
They think that we irrelevant
But excellence
Is the main thing that comes from African descent
We haven't sent
We've been the main attraction of the best events

But they always find a way to drag and beat us down
We tried to keep it peaceful but they shut us out
Mace and rubber bullets fly into the crowd
But when its said and done they still gone look around

History repeats itself is usually the slogan
I'm ready to edit his story from the way he wrote it
And I'm hoping that we do see a change
Don't forget it we still saying them names
Of the people who impacted everybody going into the movement
We stand together we can get moving
We got the firepower to do it
I know we go through it
We say that we determined let's prove it
