Forever
For almost 30 years, thanks to music, I had the good fortune to see you regularly during concerts around the world. I would like to thank God for our long life and for giving us the opportunity to bring people together with joy and compassion... as in the great Mandingo family of Kela*.
*Kela is a Malian village of about 2,000 inhabitants, located 30 km south of Bamako, on the road to Guinea. Only families of griots' (oral poets, storytellers and musicians) live there and the village remains the centre of Mandingo culture.
