Autumn Winds
Where the wails of war are gone, forever gone at last
The world is good, it grows, it springs to life
And shall endure
Where the howls of woe are lost in the breeze
Now warm and dry
And sings a sad tale of once before
On a dark, red night
And woe
Far away, there she waits
With ire and bitter and doom
Oh
Soon to fall, in red tempest
And still I cry
Why did I stay
And drown in age
Drifting for years in silent rage
Those who stand by me will fall
And die alone
In the Autumn winds
How the sun it sets blood red on a dusky Autumn night
The world it bleeds a violet blue
A crown of stars and gloom
