Stay inside and wait it out
Claws of shadows will become your friends
As will the silent desk lamps
So dim and quiet

Here lies the light that became night
And shall hereby our sparks reignite
The ones in our eyes
The ones in our minds
Sedated by sitting
Drinking coffee
Reading something so funny, we will forget about it in the next minute
Almost there, almost quiet
The music pouring out of the windows
Dripping, seeping into our restless souls
One end comes to open the other
And its cinnamon scented flame
