Trees are bent
Hail is coming down
You’re back from school
You’re at your parents’ house
It’s raining and
The road may be washed out
I’m comin’ anyway
Day to day
Is such a sad affair
Losing all the strength
That brought you there
Time is running out
And we don’t care
And when you feel alone
The days are growing cold
The wind is biting me
Do you remember me?
And all the times I thought
That I’d just fall apart
Another week and then
