For too long, we've borne the weight of the yoke of sonic austerity, and with no due respect to purveyors of substandard and safe rock and roll, it hurt. It hurt because to listen to those who equate chords with colours is not fine. It hurt because when Dboy feels, everyone feels, and when Dboy fucks, the world fucks with us. It hurt because as the medium of self-discovery, your superconductors of love, it all runs through us ALL OF IT. Every pout, every unfulfilling chord progression, and every tasteless and baseless accusation of superiority: all of it is trash. So on the eve of the Dboy campaign trail, let us speak in the tongues of luv. When we lash out, let us strike down the weight of the sonic degradation. Of course, this begins but never ends with the Dboy program to end sonic austerity:
Firstly, Dboy is the medium of self-discovery. They forfeit personal identity in pursuit of the greater good.
Dboy defy subpar emotional cronyism, and invest in a plain where the art of noise occupies all.
They take on the laborious task of developing novelty and shock, so you don't have to.
Dboy is self-reflexive and hyper aware, and firmly hold that inconsistencies can and will be blamed on the lake effect.
