Freedon In Wheels

I grew up where the killer moose roam
Had 20 miles to school and 40 back home
Life wasn't easy on the countryside
But sometimes my sis' took me for a ride
So i left our shack, got out of the bog
Longing for concrete
Longing for smog

I see freedom
Freedom in wheels
I know how chromium feels
If you can't take a little air pollution
Stop breathing is the only solution
The thing i need to deliver my soul
A dashboard equipped with a cruise control

Tried a few things, among them including
Hold-ups, walk-ups, and drive-by shootings
Then i fell in love with four tons of steel
A full-sized car with fins and four wheels
She was so pretty, got tears in my eyes
Plush interior and fluffy dice

I see freedom...

A sweet soft evening in the middle of june

The engine's humming my favourite tune
My car is fast and my eyes are shiny
I tell all the girls they can kiss my heinie
The ozone layer may be gone tomorrow
But where i go my car will follow
