You hid from me like a landmine
You used me like I'm a design
Planted me in the ground like a seed
When I sprout you tear off my leaves
Led me into this void you lived in
Told me to pull you out and I did
Then you deserted me like nothing
Silence; I didn't hear my phone ring

You said lies you can't deny
And I just tried to bring you life
And you wasted the love I gave
And fueled my desperation

But now I rot because you lied

Trying, lying to lead me along
