I can't focus
Like i can't focus or enjoy anything i used to
I boot up a game and within 5 mins my brain forces me to close
The feeling is actually so suffocating it hurts
I want to enjoy my hobbies but my brain won't let me
I sit and act like i have something more important
To do with my time but i spend 5 fucking hours
Saying the same thing over and over in my head
And before i know it it's time for bed
And all i did was watch videos on TV
It hurts so fucking much not being able to focus
And enjoy something I loved
I genuinely have no energy, no ability to retain enjoyment
I do one thing and think about how i could bе doing a million others
It's so exhausting
I need this pain to end
