Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews
Feeble one in mortal form
Crowned with thorns and purple robe
At the hill of Place of Skulls
Take the gift of grand suffering
Bear your cross and sins of man

By your wounds none shall be healed
None shall mourn after you

At humiliation's shrine
Blind subservient sheep
Alone, mocked and scourged
Nailed to his cross

Dimming light of the crucified
Sinking to the depths unknown
Armed with his nothingness
In vain turning to his God

Mouth that once sowed the lies
Now gaping and gasping for air
Eternal salvation is no more
