A night flight winks at me

The rabble and commotion

Wondering when my upgrade comes

Resting you between my arms
Feel a life so charmed
Leaning on the slender rays of setting sun

Close my eyes and sink within
Diving past time’s spies
Seeking inspiration from the ancient line

Everyone’s alive but eyes are not open
Our tech is smart yet we’re a little broken
