Baby Owl

Oh my little baby owl doesn’t know he’s not a little boy
Keeping all his baby feathers
Can’t outrun what you have not outgrown
A few days on the ground hold my little baby owl
Now the bird deserts its young
Something that won’t wash itself out
So pin him down remove the joint
Now a few days on the ground
It’s permanent now
