We have absolutely nothing to go on
Such a strange feeling to have no clue
But it's not a mystery that surrounds us
The language carries the burden of the suffering of the people
Like if I was to speak russian
I’d be very good at offensive jokes and curses
So we'd have something to go on
Pick me up and lay me down
The best way to get back on your feet
After you crashed hard into progress
Some smart people shoot in their own feet
And they still they think it was the best thing to do
Is it the money that comes with it
Is it the honour of the talking head
So we have something
To go off on
Pick me up and lay me down
One for the money
Two for the show
Come on everybody and the money is gone
